Soror of the Year

Meet our 2024
Soror of the Year

In December 2025, Phi Omega Omega Chapter’s Awards and Recognition Committee announced our Soror of the Year.

We presented the distinguished honor upon our very well-deserved sister Terrie Coulter!

Terrie serves as Phi Omega Omega Chapter's Philacter. In addition to her position, she has committed to so much more. She has been heavily involved in the Empowering our Families' initiative within our Programs' committee. Under that directive, Terrie led the Youth Leadership Initiative and Mental Health programs. She has also been very instrumental in coordinating the CHIPP program.

Terrie has also co-chaired EAF, and assisted with the Baby Contest and Pink Diamond Ball, now hosted by Phi Omega Omega's founded foundation: The Pink Diamond Foundation of Clarendon County, where she also serves as a board member.

Terrie has been consistent in attendance to chapter meetings, committee meetings, and chapter events. She has truly soared to greater heights.

Congratulations, Terrie!
